WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. The Chamber will provide the necessary celebration items (Big Scissors and Ribbon, Shovels, Happy Anniversary Sign) Photos will be taken of the celebration ceremony.
  2. The Chamber will post the event on the Chamber website and promote it on social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and in our e-newsletter distributed to over 4,500 contacts.
  3. Your celebration ceremony photos will be shared on the Chamber’s social media sites and announcement in the North Fulton Family Life Magazine and Alpharetta-Roswell Herald.
  4. The Chamber will send an invitation to City of Alpharetta Leaders, Chamber Ambassadors, Board Members and Chamber Members.
  5. The Chamber will also invite the Mayor and other city officials, but we cannot guarantee attendance.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY: (Ideas/Considerations)

This is YOUR event and you can make it as big or small as you want. We can simply do a photo op to be shared on social and print media, or if you want to have an open house and invite the community to share in your celebration, below are some suggestions:

  1. Provide entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and door prizes. Make it a networking event!
  2. Have a drawing and collect business cards so you can follow-up with attendees!
  3. Advertise on Your Social Media sites!
  4. Be creative and have fun. This is an opportunity to let the community know all about your business.
  5. Celebration Ceremonies are held on Tuesday thru Friday.
  6. PLEASE NOTE: The member is responsible for inviting customers, family, friends, and colleagues.
  7. We recommend the event occur between the following time slots:
    􀀀 During Lunch (11:30-1:30pm) Best for businesses with time-constraints &
    􀀀 Late Afternoon (2:00–4:00pm)

We do not hold Celebration Ceremonies on the weekends, however, special requests will be considered. Member is responsible for all costs incurred such as food, beverages, outside advertising, etc.

HOW TO REQUEST:

􀀀 To get the best marketing for your Celebration Ceremony, requests must be received a minimum of 3 weeks prior
to the proposed dates.
